Dazzle Cleaning Service, a thriving residential cleaning company with nearly 250 recurring clients and a stellar reputation, is seeking a go-getter to join our team. This isn’t your average admin role—we’re looking for someone who’s equally comfortable selling our service, crafting an efficient schedule, and keeping field technicians and customers smiling. You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, working closely with our Field Manager and owner, to deliver a seamless, supportive client experience that keeps the business moving forward.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales & Client Onboarding

Respond to incoming leads with warmth, professionalism, and energy

Prepare and send estimates, following up to close new clients

Confidently upsell recurring service and add-ons

Use social media and other tools to attract and engage prospective clients

Client Experience & Communication

Provide exceptional customer service through email, text, phone, etc.

Proactively handle service changes, client requests, and problem resolution

Maintain ongoing communication with current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Track and improve key metrics (KPIs daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)

Scheduling & Coordination

Build and manage technician schedules with maximum efficiency

Handle reschedules, skips, last-minute changes, and optimize routes

Collaborate with the leadership team to keep operations running smoothly

Keep the schedule fully booked and fill open spots creatively

Administrative Support

Assist with daily invoices, follow-up communications, and recurring reports

Help the owner stay organized—manage calendars, email, and project tasks

Coordinate occasional team appreciation initiatives or incentives
