Dazzle Cleaning Service is a well-run, growing company generating about 100 inbound inquiries each month through strong marketing and reputation.
We are hiring an Inside Sales and Client Support Representative to help turn those inquiries into long-term client relationships.
This is not cold calling.
This is not pushy sales.
It’s professional inside sales supported by strong marketing, a proven process, and a team that values both performance and respect.

Position Details
Full Time | Office-Based
Monday–Friday | 8:15 am–5:15 pm
$20.00–$24.00 per hour plus bonus plan

You’ll often be the first voice a homeowner hears when they contact Dazzle.
Many people calling us are busy, overwhelmed, or unsure exactly what they need.
Your ability to listen carefully, make connections, guide calmly, and communicate clearly helps them feel taken care of right away.

What You’ll Do
• Answer inbound calls and online inquiries
• Guide clients through service options using our structured process
• Follow up with potential clients who requested more information
• Document conversations accurately
• Help convert inquiries into long-term recurring clients
